Members can download a CE certificate for any live CE event they attend or archived CE recording that they watch in the Member's Area. If you are experiencing a problem entering the start and end codes required to receive a CE certificate for an event, this may be caused by one of several issues. Please...

  • Ensure that you wrote down the "start" and "end" code exactly as they were given during the presentation. For example, it is not uncommon to mistakenly write down "therapies" rather than "therapy."
  • Ensure that your spelling is correct and make certain you are not using any capital letters. The codes are case sensitive and are always lowercase letters only. 
  • Ensure there are no spaces before or after the codes you entered. This is especially important if you are copying and pasting the codes.
  • Ensure you are entering the codes on the page associated with the correct event. At the top of the page, immediately below the navigation bar, it should say "Request CE Certificate for" followed by the name of the CE event for which you want a CE certificate. If the event name displayed here does not match the event you attended or watched, the "start" and "end" codes will not work. Please locate the correct event on this page and try again.
