- Log in to your GoodTherapy.org account.
- Click "Update Payment Info" in the "Your Membership" section at the left.
- Enter your new payment card information.
Please note: This will not initiate a new transaction but will simply replace the information GoodTherapy.org has on file for your account.
If your previous card information was out of date and the card has been declined, it may take up to 24 hours for another transaction to be processed. In the meantime, once you have updated your information, please disregard any emails you receive from GoodTherapy.org asking you to update your payment information.
You can also update your payment information by calling GoodTherapy.org's support team. Support is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific at 888-563-2112 ext. 2.
