The 800 number and extension displayed on your profile is set up to forward directly to your office number by default. The office number itself is not displayed publicly to potential clients. We use this system so that you have an easy mechanism for tracking which phone calls come to you through your profile listing. 

Each time we forward a call to you, we send an email letting you know the call was placed. These emails also include any available caller ID information. 

Please feel free to place a test call if you would like to see how this works. We suggest calling from a phone other than the one you have listed with us to ensure the call is forwarded correctly.

If you want to opt out of's call-tracking system, simply let our support team know, and we will be happy to display your office number. This makes it more difficult for you to accurately track the calls you receive through your profile listing, but it is of course your choice.
